About CoLTS

The Corporate Lead Tracking System is a tool that allows Group Sales to update vital information and details about a particular Opportunity. It enables the tracking, updating and monitoring of Leads through automatic reminders for follow-ups, escalation mails to Managers and generation of reports.

COLTS is an efficient way to create and store information about a Company and its contacts with a facility for ‘contact birthday reminders’. It also enables the tracking of sales done and incentives earned by each sales person on a monthly basis.

The database is also used by the Group Operations to keep a track of all policy servicing requests including Claims, to calculate TAT and scores for individual performance.
